trip to arab street was fun. we toured the round middle road and walked along nicoll highway. finally we arrived at our destination- arab st. so well, we toured one whole big circle without knowing our destination was actually beside us.
arab st's cool. they've got really quirky stuff. sells cheap cloth and nice carpets at reasonable price. we bought out rhinestones there. i spent a total of only 1.50 bucks on half of 360 blue rhinestones. relatively worth it.
today's prom day. it was
SUPPOSE to be fun. i was expecting smth fun and memorable, but everythg turned out otherwise. it wasn't as memorable as i tot it to be. actually, it was to my disappointment and big dismay.
but i'm glad all's over. this means i do not have to worry anymre bout what m i suppose to wear for prom and lil' stuffs that ain't really THAT important afterall.
the contacts part was the most stressful part. cause my mum stubbornly refuses to accompany me to paris miki[optical shop]. and the lady serving me didn't seem that friendly. it wasn't exactly bad BAD service but it was definitely not good. she kinda grumbled behind my back cause i was not well-versed in choosing contacts [i had only worn contacts once] and took a pretty long time. nvm bout tt. i'm glad i got my contacts and i'm glad i'm not gonna step into paris miki bishan branch again.
