mum and dad are back
today's a nice day.
had pot-luck in school.
it was good.
loads of food and a good way to end this year and this block.
it was like a mini pre-christmas adm celebration.

time for shopping sprees and great fun.
i eyed on many nice stuff and i'm gonna get them.
river island shoes, zara pants, knitted jacket from G2000 Women, schu's shoes, yada yada yada.
i always think i need new pumps, heels and bags.
actually i do think i need them.

today, i cooked twice.
mum and dad were surprised that i cooked rather good.
okay, i may look like a kid who never has to lift a finger to do household chores BUT, i'm actually not as pampered as you think. my cooking... is edible :D

actually, cooking is quite fun. haha. but it's tiring and time consuming.
i'm planning a mini christmas home celebration. think turkeys with cranberry sauce, honey-baked hams, roasted chicken, rum cake and a nicely decorated table of candles and christmas decorations.
oh and, i'm planning 4I06's class gathering. i cross my fingers and pray i get good response.
this holiday is set to rock.

i love the idea of partying, holidays, overseas trips, shopping sprees, al fresco dining, good food hunting, kayaking to neighbouring islands, painting at the beach, sunbathing, dressing up, scrapbook making, christmas gift hunting, flea market bargaining, going to a bar, starbuck-ing....
having my toes in the sand
and my nose up high
inhaling fresh air
listening to the rhythms of the waves
and just watching the world go by
at such a moment,
i take my mind off work,
off my hunger,
off my worries,
off my endless things-to-do,
off what's going on around me
and R-E-L-A-X
a break is good.
but i want my break to be great.
i hope i can take my mind off certain things.
and yes, i hope you'll be happy.
